Will callers know they're talking to AI?
VoxMark runs on ElevenLabs, so it sounds natural, not robotic. We still recommend being upfront: your agent can introduce itself as your virtual assistant, and it hands off to a human the moment a caller asks.
What happens when a caller needs a real person?
Live transfer. Basic routes to 1 designated number; Advanced routes to multiple numbers or teams. The caller's details and the reason for the call are already captured, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
Do I have to change my business phone number?
Usually not. Most clients forward their existing number to a VoxMark line during or after hours, so the number on your website and Google Business Profile stays the same. We'll map the setup with you during onboarding.
What's included in the $500 setup?
Your dedicated agent's script and qualifying questions, training on your services and FAQs, CRM and calendar connections, transfer routing and a test-call round before you go live. Every beta client also gets a personal onboarding session.
What if I go over my minutes?
You won't get cut off. Extra minutes bill at about $0.20/min on Basic and about $0.10/min on Advanced. If you're consistently over, we'll tell you when Advanced is the cheaper plan.
Can VoxMark handle healthcare or patient calls?
Yes for appointment requests and new-patient pre-qualification. If calls will involve protected health information, talk to us first: we scope those flows separately and only switch them on once the right agreements are in place.
Is outbound calling compliant?
Outbound (Advanced) only calls contacts who have opted in or have an existing relationship with you. We set calling windows and do-not-call suppression with you. You remain responsible for consent and any call-recording notices required in your state.
Can my agency white-label VoxMark?
Yes. Agencies and consultants can offer VoxMark AI to their own clients as a value-add. Book a call and we'll walk through partner setup.
